Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed candidates are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Advance Hope Mental Wellness
Compensation: Competitive rate based on experience
Start Date: Immediate openings available

We're seeking multiple compassionate, skilled LCPC or LCSW to join our integrated care team. You'll work alongside licensed clinical counselors, certified mental health coaches, biblical counselors, and a psychiatric nurse practitioner—all committed to providing personalized, effective care in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
Address a range of mental health concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
Maintain clinical documentation
Build meaningful therapeutic relationships in a supportive practice environment
Ideal Areas of Focus (but not required):
Trauma and PTSD
Depression and anxiety disorders
Relationship and family counseling
Parenting support
OCD and related disorders
Adolescent and adult populations

Qualifications
Required:
Active LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in [your state]
OR actively pursuing licensure (licensed candidates welcomed)
Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Commitment to ethical, compassionate client care
